Snow day for MLK holiday

School districts want kids to make up snow days on MLK day but the NAACP is totally outraged about this.
The districts fire back saying that they are also considering having snow days on Memorial day (I'm guessing some veterans are gonna bitch about that)

The point is there's always gonna be somebody that will have a problem with something. It's pointless to try and fight it so just go along with the plans and let these groups cry about it.

Personally, they shouldn't use a federal holiday to do this. Use another non-fed holiday or do it on Saturdays.

I'm waiting for certain elements of the right wing to blame the snow on Obama and say it wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for his wasteful stimulus plan
