Yeah, we better start posting some more articles in here!

What can we do to encourage people back and get new members to sign up?

I've just started a thread on the IMDB Politics board. Don't know if it'll do any good. They all seem a bit mental on there so don't expect posters of high calibre if anybody takes up the offer!

I dunno. I've submitted this site to Google, MSN and Yahoo search engines. Soon, the topics posted will make it on there in random searches.

I was hoping some would take it up to come here from SP. I'm not asking anyone to abandon SP for this place either. Heck, i post there (and have the forum link in my sig). People are looking in but not signing up. Some posts are showing several reads by others.

I can tolerate alot of people but i can't take much of the crap Cable does. But if he signed up, he's welcome. A few personal swipes at me though and it could be problematic.

Hopefully, your thread at IMDB will take.

I've tried, I really have but nobody seems to be taking the bait at IMDB and the SP lot don't visit any more.

Yeah, even before Bubbles blew up at me it was the same. I ain't mad either. Was worth a shot. I'll keep it open for some time though. If SP ever took a sh!t, there'd be a place for people to go.

Btw, it only cost me $10 to do this thing here. Not like i took an @ss kicking in the wallet.

Well, we're doing better than we were when this thread was started.

Wow! It sounds impressive! I think I'll download and see how it compares to my Photoshop.

It's a decent program. Some like GIMP but I like this one better.

I've heard of GIMP but I've never used it before. Does GIMP also allow for layering?

Both programs do.
